We are looking for a Senior project manager to join our building team in Telehouse, Southeast India Dock.
What you'll do:
- Lead the management of design consultants to ensure information is provide to suit the procurement strategy, manage the production of working drawings by trade contractors within the given timeframes
- Ensure that all work methods are sufficient to meet the projects needs
- Ensure that the master programme and schedule of deliverables for the project is development, meeting the requirements of the brief and the clients expectations.
- Lead the management of design consultants to ensure information is provided to suit the budget and procurement strategy, manage the production of working drawings by trade contractors within the given timeframes
- Be aware of monthly figures, taking proactive action to prevent losses and maximise profitability (with responsibility for project/package)
What you'll bring to the role:
- Construction related qualification to HNC level.
- Member, or working towards membership, of a professional institution (MCIOB highly desirable)
- Be in possession of a current Managers CSCS card and other relevant qualifications including SMSTS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IT skills - basic MS office/Outlook/Adobe/BIM/PBI
