Early Years Teacher - key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that support children's development across all EYFS areas.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
Observe, assess, and track children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
Ensure safeguarding and welfare practices are upheld at all times.
Early Years Teacher - requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) (or equivalent).
Proven experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery, reception, or preschool).
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner.
Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
