Job Description

A leading Investment firm with over £50bn in assets are looking to welcome a Senior Fund Accountant to their team. The purpose of this role is take responsibility for one of their private equity funds.


Your Role:

  • Responsibility for the production of the fund management information and reporting on the investment performance
  • Reviewing the annual fund statutory accounts and audit
  • Oversight of investor drawdowns, distributions, equalisations as well as general investor reporting
  • Working closely with the third party fund administrators
  • Liaising with the asset management team to report on the fund performance
  • Undertake financial due diligence on target investments


Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Be fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)


Have either:

  • Audit experience with a Private Equity funds client base or fund accounting experience in-house/with a fund services provider
  • Have the ability to build good relationships and partner with teams across the business
  • Be able to multi-task and enjoy a fast paced environment


They are looking to offer the successful candidate £60,000 - £70,000 + excellent benefits and bonus potential.
