Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer required to join design led technology & communication company.

We are working with a leading technology company that is redefining how highly regulated industries communicate. Their platform enables seamless, secure communication across calls, texts, instant messaging, and popular consumer apps - while meeting the highest standards for compliance, security, and data control. With mobile-friendly tools, cutting-edge archiving, and encryption at the core, they are empowering organizations to work flexibly and securely at a global scale.

• Design intuitive, user-first experiences across mobile and web platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to bring ideas to life
• Run user research and usability testing to validate and sharpen your designs
• Champion accessibility, simplicity, and scalability across all products
• Collaborate closely with UI designers, Product Managers, and Developers
• Help grow and evolve our design system with fresh, user-driven thinking

• Strong experience designing complex digital products (with a portfolio to prove it)
• Confident in running research, gathering insights, and translating them into designs
• Expert with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Passion for designing clean, accessible, mobile-friendly experiences
• A proactive mindset - you spot opportunities and make things better
• Bonus if you have experience in regulated industries (finance, legal, healthcare)
• Work on meaningful products used by organizations across the globe
