ROLE

As our Performance Marketing Lead, you will be a key part of our in-house marketing team. You'll be responsible for defining and deploying the global paid media and lifecycle strategies that ensure we continue to acquire creators at high volume, efficiency and quality, while growing our overall brand awareness and favourability.

What you'll own:

Acquisition Strategy

Own our customer acquisition strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to design, launch, and relentlessly optimize a multi-channel subscriber engine.

Model budgets, forecast ROI, and push scale while slashing CAC.

Brand Growth Strategy

Drive the long-game: deploy paid-media plays across display, video, social, and emerging channels that build lasting brand affinity.

Balance performance spend with brand-building experiments that position KOMI as the go-to creator platform


Metrics & Measures

Instill a performance-first mindset: define transparent KPIs, implement real-time dashboards, and hold the team accountable to ambitious growth targets.

Dive deep into analytics to uncover new pockets of opportunity and squash underperforming tactics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering rapid growth in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.

We are looking for someone who combines strong strategic vision, deep executional experience and analytical expertise - an ambitious individual who can drive results against their clearly articulated vision.

£60k-80k salary range + high-value early stage equity

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

6+ years experience as a growth marketer in a digital-first environment.

A proven track record of defining and implementing paid marketing strategies, MarTech stacks and media budget management for high-growth brands (whether client-side or agency-side)

High proficiency SQL skills

Prior experience building and leading lean high-performing teams

Prior experience in the creator economy or a digital-first brand

JOB TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Hybrid: three days a week at our London HQ, a few minutes walk from Bond Street station.
