MET Technician
Type of the role: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Leeds (LS12)
Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE per year (depending on experience + bonus potential)
Hours: Full-time
Additional Compensation:
• £2,000 welcome bonus
• 3-month guaranteed starter bonus

Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) Technician to join a busy, professional automotive repair team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of mechanical and bodywork repairs with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate vehicle damage and identify necessary repairs
- Conduct stripping and re-fitting on damaged vehicles
- Carry out mechanical repairs to vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Order necessary parts and complete job documentation accurately
- Work efficiently to achieve productivity targets
- Maintain workshop standards and follow all company processes
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Repair (essential)
- Previous experience with MET work and vehicle strip/re-fit
- ATA accreditation is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
