IT Service Delivery Engineer - St Neots - onsite - perm

To deliver exceptional levels of support to demanding business needs across multiple sites, maintaining varied applications (predominantly on Microsoft Windows environments). To utilise technical ability to support the environments and to lead with progressive enhancement projects.

How you ll support us

• Deliver IT projects allocated by the IT Delivery Team Leads, adhering to the Change Management;
• Work on technical tasks, being aware of business impact, timescales and security concerns;
• Contribute towards systems design and solution architecture progression through up-to-date technical knowledge and forward-thinking approaches;
• Monitor and maintain critical computer systems and advanced networks;
• Troubleshoot complex system and network problems, diagnosing and solving challenging hardware/software faults;
• Generate support documentation (incl. procedural documents for implemented systems);
• Provide 3rd line support to the IT Service Desk, responding within agreed time constraints;
• Undertake other tasks to support the IT team where required;
• Comply with Company policies and procedures (including the Business Management System);
• Adhere to the MASS values.
