The Role
Our client, a friendly and well-established lettings agency based in Burgess Hill town centre, is looking for a reliable and organised Property Manager to join their supportive team. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Lettings Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the lettings department.
Requirements
Some prior experience in lettings or property management is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be well-organised, communicative, and confident managing multiple tasks with a professional and approachable manner. A full UK driving licence is required.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Lettings Coordinator, Property Administrator, or Tenancy Manager.
