Claims Administrator (Hybrid; m/f/x/d; 80-100%)

You will work closely with Claims Administrators and Claims Specialists to provide efficient and accurate claims services, aiming for Customer Service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Claims Specialists in administrative claims management tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, demonstrating strong verbal (telephone) and written communication skills.
• Perform high-standard data entry.
• Ensure timely and accurate claims expense payments.
• Manage claims workflow within set time limits to ensure proper system entry.
• Adhere to risk management guidelines and practices.

About the Team

We are a large team of Claims Administrators and Claims Specialists collaborating with a key client. Our portfolio includes Group and Individual Income Protection products. We pride ourselves on integrity and accuracy, with strong communication and customer service skills. We work together to add value to each claim.

About You

• You may have experience in insurance or be new to the industry but eager to learn and develop.
• The role requires attention to detail, organization, and proactivity in managing your caseload.
• This role suits someone energetic and keen to take on various tasks, including learning more about our products and services.
• Strong people skills, including negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of the UK regulatory environment, including FCA and FOS, is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or dealing with customers is a plus.
• Medical and clinical insights are a plus.
