Job Description

This role focuses on three main areas: identifying business needs within the operations department, leading process reviews and defining change requirements, and supporting the delivery of business initiatives in IT systems. The role will support overall end-to-end supply chain and global logistics processes.

The business analyst will work on multiple projects across all business areas, collaborating with key stakeholders and partners to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that remain fit for purpose.

You'll be:

  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engaging in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Working with departmental stakeholders to define and manage change.
  • Collaborating with SLT and LT in Operations, and cross-functional BA & project SMEs on departmental and business priorities.

Departmental Process Ownership

  • Understanding business and key system processes in depth.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and documenting simple flows.
  • Participating in global change collaboration groups.

Project Representation for Operations Department

  • Contributing in project workshops and translating needs into clear requirements.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for project delivery.
  • Enabling BAU delivery without compromising quality.
  • Supporting end-to-end supply chain processes through cross-functional collaboration.

SME Training and Engagement

  • Translating system and process improvements to SMEs and operational teams.
  • Making inductions for new starters more efficient and sharing feedback with cross-functional teams.

You'll have:

  • A good understanding of commercial operations, processes, and data points.
  • Experience in Logistics, Operations, and supply chain projects.
  • Qualification in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience defining requirements in Tier II+ ERP solutions (preferably D365 F&O) in a busy consumer & brand environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Awareness of Agile development methods is advantageous.
  • Ability to map business processes into flow diagrams.
  • Proficiency in manipulating data in Excel with intermediate formula skills.
  • Practical experience with PowerBI and SQL query building (preferred).
  • A logical mindset, using data and evidence to support findings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
