Calling candidates who apply to work with us
Sourcing and shortlisting suitable teaching staff from job boards and social platforms
Interviewing and registering candidates
Managing and chasing candidate documents and application forms
Processing DBS checks and carrying out full compliance (Right to Work, Update Service, references)
Monitoring candidates' progress and supporting them through to being fully cleared
Posting job adverts and responding to queries
Keeping candidate training records up to date
Supporting candidates with access to online training modules
Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach
Confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure
Previous admin, compliance or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided
Driving licence and access to a car is preferred but not required
