Your Role:
Lead and manage the SEND department and ensure statutory compliance
Create and oversee EHCP plans and support packages
Train, guide and support teachers and teaching assistants
Work closely with families and external agencies to support individual learners
What We're Looking For:
QTS and National SENCO Award (or working toward)
Proven track record of supporting students with a range of needs
Strategic, collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
Passionate about removing barriers to learning
