A unique opportunity to lead marketing for one of the UK's most iconic youth culture festivals. This experience-led event blends music, sport, and wellbeing and welcomes tens of thousands of fans, annually.
As Head of Marketing, you'll be the strategic and creative lead-shaping brand direction, driving multi-channel campaigns, and leading a passionate in-house team. You'll own the marketing roadmap, budgets, and performance-ensuring every touchpoint delivers.
What you'll be doing:
Leading all marketing strategy, campaigns, and comms
Managing budgets, performance, and reporting
Overseeing content, digital, CRM, social, and PR
Collaborating with internal teams and brand partners
Bringing bold, culturally relevant ideas to life
What you'll bring:
7+ years in senior marketing (events, youth, or lifestyle)
Strategic and hands-on delivery expertise
Team leadership and agency management
Fluency in Gen Z & millennial audience culture
A love for music, storytelling, and live moments
