We're looking for an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Technology department. You'll work cross functionally in collaboration with editorial and commercial streams of the Guardian to ensure consistency of IDAM data with accordance to agreed policies and standards.

This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract or secondment opportunity.

About the Role:

  • Managing user account creation and deletion for users not originating automatically from our HR platform.
  • Assist in the management of Identities across a variety of applications and services, both on-prem and in the cloud.
  • Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery team to streamline approval processes for user access to line of business applications.
  • Triaging SSO integration requests and gathering detailed requirements to support frictionless implementation by the Infrastructure Team.
  • Support with Azure AD licences forecasting.

About You:

  • Significant experience managing user accounts, access requests and authorisation
  • Proven expertise in Identity & Access Management and expertise in onboarding and offboarding processes (JML)
  • Working understanding of AD, Azure AD, Google OAuth
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions
