Essential Requirements: Qualification & Experience: Certificate of Higher Education or equivalent (preferred); at least 1 year of leadership and children s home experience (preferred). Experience managing a registered children s home and achieving Ofsted compliance is highly desirable. Skills & Commitment: Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills to deliver high-quality care. Dedication to safeguarding, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Passion & Licence: Passion for supporting children s goals; valid driving licence (preferred).
