Effectively diagnose, investigate, and resolve customer complaints. Working closely with our Local Agents & Customer Resolutions team to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Sales negotiator or have worked for/in an estate agency branch previously Experience In up-selling additional products and services desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident telephone manner Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice, knowledge, resource, and ideas Strong organizational skills: manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Computer literate and tech savvy. Training in company software/systems will be provided. Flexible attitude to working hours as some weekend working will be required.
