Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager must speak fluently Czech language and is responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of their work. He/She takes over the business case from the moment of its confirmation and is in charge of all the technical side of the project and the related documentation. He also participates in solving potential problems across the company and proposes effective improvements with the aim of achieving company goals. This position requires perfect knowledge of the company's product and processes.


Job description:

  • Taking over the business case at the moment of its confirmation in the system on the basis of an order by the Business Development Manager or Executive Director,
  • Issuing business and other documents properly, correctly and according to the client's requirements and the company's regulations,
  • Cooperation with the internal accounting department and external accounting firm and other institutions, preparation of documents for accounting and documentation related to the operation of the branch in United Kingdom,
  • Updating data in internal systems, working with CRM, reporting,
  • Provision of documents for the Project management, Design, Marketing or Research and Development deartments,
  • Coordination and provision of samples, catalogs, gifts and promo materials,
  • Help with arranging business meetings,
  • Coordination of the business case from a technical point of view, e.g. ensuring advance payments, approval of project documentation, etc. (setting sales conditions falls under the competence of the Business Development Manager, Executive Sales Director)
  • Ensuring the readiness of the premises for the installation of final products - communication with the client or construction contractor,
  • Ensuring the timely notification of the Business Development Manager or the Executive Sales Director in the event of unexpected complications associated with the implementation of a business case,
  • Reporting, ensuring administrative actions associated with the performance of this function.
  • Carrying out other tasks according to the instructions of the superior.


Qualifications

  • We need proficiency of Czech language for this role!
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, finance or administration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project Management).
  • Ability to lead initiatives, improve processes, and drive projects until their succesfull installations.
  • Technial thinking and a bit of common of sence.
  • Can-do attitude and interest in administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with sales leadership and influence decision-making.
