Due to expansion within the business, we are working with a leading multi-national company who are looking to appoint a National Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

The National Sales Manager role offers exciting growth potential, full autonomy across your territory, and the opportunity to lead distributor development for a premium product range.

Salary to £40k + OTE Company Car Pension Pension 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Remote working with occasional site visits

National Sales Manager Key Essentials:

  • As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and converting new business across food manufacturing machinery
  • Establish and manage a distributor network
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from key account management and prospecting to customer demos and solution-based selling
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and European Sales Managers
  • Deliver full project management for plant automation solutions
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the wider product range

National Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within manufacturing automation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solution-driven with good organisational abilities
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages
  • Positive, proactive team player with a self-starting attitude

This is a UK based role with travel expected. Training will be provided.
