Flt Counterbalance Driver /Yard Op

Infinity Employment are seeking FLT/Counterbalance Drivers and Yard Ops for a 2-month contract at Southampton Docks. The ideal candidates must have a min 2 year's counterbalance FLT experience. A mixture of loading lorries and yard work. Must be a team player. Friendly and motivated with bundles of energy to complete tasks.

The position is a temp vacancy to start on 30th June. Must be able to work weekends on occasion if needed.

• £16.50 - £18.50 umbrella PAYE or
• £13.50 - £15.50 PAYE with holiday accrued separately

Main Responsibilities:

- Using a C/B FLT licence within a yard environment

- Loading and offloading on to lorries

- Hand balling, some heavy lifting involved.

- Undertake any reasonable requests from Managers in line with the range and scope of the post

- Some writing involved (Good numeracy and literacy)

- Fully co-operate with the site s safety regulations

Essential Experience:

- C/B FLT

- Recent experience with their FLT ticket

- Good organisational skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Must have an upbeat and positive manner and the ability to learn quickly

- Physically fit and able (Some heavy lifting involved)

Hours:

- Mon- Friday 7am 5pm

- Saturday 7am 2pm (If and when required)
