They're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented MIG Welder to join their established team and support both ongoing production and the development of new products. This role is ideal for someone with experience in MIG welding within a production environment, who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work with minimal supervision. Salary: 25,000 - 30,250 per year DOE Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Location: Daventry Job Duties: Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on parts and assemblies to meet production schedules. Prepare tools, equipment, and materials (including use of sizers and saws). Manufacture components using jigs, fixtures, and following work orders and SOPs. Review and inspect finished parts, reporting issues via the Quality Assurance team. Operate basic fabrication and tube manipulation equipment (training provided). Follow Health & Safety and Environmental procedures at all times. Accurately track work using shop floor systems and the company ERP platform. Assist in the development of new parts and continuous improvement projects. Support the wider team with general shopfloor tasks as required. Requirements: MIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and work independently. A proactive approach, flexibility, and team player mindset. Willingness to develop skills and take on additional responsibilities.
