Primary Responsibilities

As the Sustainability & Resiliency Area Business Class Lead UK (Director level), you will:

• Lead by example: Represent HDR and BES with a client/customer service mentality, work with leadership to facilitate group success, motivate the team, and promote technical excellence and project delivery.
• Manage staff: Address personnel issues, delegate responsibilities, plan strategically, recruit, develop talent, mentor, and conduct performance reviews.
• Work delegation and staffing: Coordinate workload with project managers, assign staff to projects, and monitor utilization performance.
• Project delivery accountability: Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensure clear communication of scope, budget, and deliverables.
• Forecasting: Assist in short-term and long-term forecasting, and project proposals.
• Technical Delivery: Oversee technical quality, promote timely delivery, liaise with digital teams for workflow processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10 years of experience
• Professional registration and technical experience
• Experience in managing diverse teams
• Collaborative attitude and commitment to HDR values
