We're working with a respected care group in West Sussex to place flexible, compassionate Care Assistants into their high-quality nursing and residential homes.

These homes support individuals with:

• Dementia care
• Nursing and palliative needs
• Short-term/respite and residential care

Each site has between 40-56 en-suite rooms and a stable, supportive care team. CQC ratings are GOOD across the group.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and support with daily living
• Administer medication (where trained)
• Record care notes and observations accurately
• Assist with social activities and emotional wellbeing
• Work 1:1 or 2:1 depending on resident needs
