Continuous Improvement Manager - Preston - c 60,000 + enhanced pension, life assurance and cycle to work scheme

Overview: This is a brand new role in the business. You will be the continuous improvement champion within the business working on manufacturing, quality and operational standards.

About You:

• Expert in lean technologies including six-sigma
• Influencing skills from shop floor to senior operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience working in a food manufacturing business
• Good knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP

What will you be doing?

• Leading the standardisation of processes across the site
• Enhance compliance with food safety & regulatory standards
• Facilitating smooth communication across technical & operational departments
• Collaborating closely with cross functional teams
• You will play a pivotal role aligning manufacturing processes
