This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a Chemistry specialist completing their training this year.

As a Chemistry ECT, you will:

  • Deliver exciting and structured Chemistry lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach KS5

  • Develop student confidence in practical work, investigations, and scientific thinking

  • Plan lessons that challenge and support a wide range of learners

  • Participate in Science Week, enrichment clubs, and STEM events

  • Receive regular, high-quality mentoring from experienced science staff

  • Engage with CPD sessions tailored to your early career development

Ideal Chemistry ECT candidates will:

  • Hold a Chemistry or related degree and be on track to achieve QTS
