Freelance Project Manager

Project Scope:
This hands-on role involves managing the refurbishment of an industrial building, including:

• Full internal strip-out and upgrades

• Mechanical & Electrical installations

• Roofing and cladding works

• Structural alterations

Key Details:

• Location: Oban, Argyll and Bute

• Start Date: Mid July 2025

• Duration: 22 weeks

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)

• Accommodation: Provided or covered if required

Requirements:

• Proven track record managing industrial refurbishment or similar construction projects

• Strong knowledge of M&E, structural works, and building fabric upgrades

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• SMSTS or equivalent, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
