Are you a passionate and reliable chef looking for flexible freelance work in and around Nottingham? We re on the lookout for talented Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Parties to support a range of exciting venues and catering environments.

Where You'll Be Working:

Join our team and cook across a broad mix of sectors, including: • NHS Hospitals & Private Clinics • Schools, Colleges & Education Providers • Armed Forces/MOD Sites • Care Homes & Assisted Living Facilities • Local Restaurants & Boutique Hotels • Family Holiday Parks & Theme Parks • Events, Functions & Pop-ups • Each week offers something new from high-volume service to bespoke dining experiences.

Who We're Looking For:

• A strong background in professional kitchens (Head, Sous or CDP level) • Valid Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum requirement)

• A DBS certificate is a bonus, especially for schools and healthcare roles

• Own transport preferred but not essential

• A flexible, positive attitude and passion for quality food
