Key Responsibilities:
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly spreadsheet based reports
- Handover to night shift prior to finishing for the day
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Track shipments and update delivery statuses using transport software
- Produce customer quotes (training provided)
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
- Support the transport team with general administrative duties
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Previous experience in transport or logistics administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and transport management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- A good telephone manner
