Position Overview
This strategic, people-focused role involves leading the UK and Ireland wholesale sales operations. You will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, support revenue growth, and collaborate with regional sales and various functional teams such as Finance, Logistics, and Business Operations. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and alignment with strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day wholesale operations in UK and Ireland, meeting KPIs related to order fulfillment, delivery, sales, returns, and credit processing.
- Partner with the wholesale sales team to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Strive for operational and customer service excellence.
- Conduct risk analysis of financial targets regularly.
- Utilize ERP and other systems to optimize operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and wholesale partners, serving as an escalation point for issues.
- Collaborate with European headquarters to align targets and processes.
- Lead the adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices.
- Develop and coach a team of wholesale operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and support career development.
