Working closely with the Head of Litigation, you will receive senior support while building expertise across probate, property and general disputes. You will manage contentious probate matters, including will contests, trust disputes and estate challenges. Your property litigation work will cover landlord-tenant disagreements, boundary claims and development disputes. You will also handle commercial and general litigation, such as shareholder and contract disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence claims. Daily duties include drafting court documents and settlement agreements, instructing counsel, gathering expert evidence, and attending hearings and mediations.
