ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: A Doctoral level qualification in counselling and/ or a demonstrable track record in research or other scholarly activity of relevance to counselling and/or demonstrable success at an equivalent level professionally Familiarity with, and agreement to work within, the current BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. Excellent communication skills. Experience of supporting learners both face-to-face and remotely. Demonstrable professional conduct in all interactions with staff and students.
