Commercial Team Leader

My client is looking to recruit a Commercial Team Leader. The role is centrally positioned in the day-to-day operations of the company.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for coordinating, processing, and maintaining sales invoicing & project schedules and is the key link between the companies' clients and departments. The individual should have the ability to confidently support and lead the company's sales invoicing & project schedules commercially, implement and effectively follow the company's policies, procedures and protocols, represent the organisation's interests, and lead continuous development & improvement. This is a varied role and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate ability, previous experience, coordination, leadership and a high standard of commercial compliance.The company offers excellent personnel development opportunities within a great team environment.
