You'll provide advice on lease interpretation, variations, assignments, and licences, while also diving into inspections, enforcement, and dispute resolution. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams, and engage directly with tenants, agents, and stakeholders. This is a varied, commercially focused position where your attention to detail and knowledge of leases and related law will truly shine.
