Interim Head of Finance (Part time, outside of IR35)

My client is a leading mental health charity, proving support and campaigning for easier access to better services.

At present they are looking to appoint an interim Head of Finance to get them through a busy period in their workload.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring an effective and smooth running finance function, meeting all statutory and management reporting requirements.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the finance team, including the recruitment and training of new members.
• Promote a better understanding of finance across the business and the role it can play in the decision making process.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant and have previous experience of working at this level within a finance function. With substantive experience in both financial and management accounts, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and inspire others.

My client offers a flexible hybrid working policy of 1 day a week in the London office.
