Residential Conveyancer - Full-Time, Permanent

Venatu Recruitment Group is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our client's team at their Shirley office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a high-volume caseload of residential property sales while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Location: Shirley, UK

Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 1 hour for lunch (37 hours total)

We are looking for

• A Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-3 years PQE
• Experience managing conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
• A team player who can also work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A self-driven individual with a positive outlook
• An enthusiastic and committed professional
• Client following preferred but not essential
