Are you motivated to lead a large team looking after a male population with a wide range of healthcare needs? We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Adult Nurse Manager to join the senior healthcare team at HMP Woodhill and hold responsibility for the delivery of high-quality multi-disciplinary Healthcare Care Services within HMP Woodhill, ensuring compliance with clinical governance frameworks. If this is the job for you, you will be a highly energetic and robust leader who has experience of working in a prison environment and will have a proven track record of managing high quality healthcare services in either the NHS, Prison healthcare, social care or the private sector. You will lead by example, commit to team working and will have the necessary skills to successfully lead staff and influence high quality care. You will have excellent communication skills and will continue to modernize and develop the Primary Care service within the prison to meet the needs of the diverse population served.
