Responsibilities Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare and education. Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of all children. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding policies. Foster positive relationships with parents, children, and staff to create a supportive community. Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records of their progress. Manage nursery budgets, resources, and staff schedules effectively.
