Your new role As Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing product quality through data analysis, customer support, and inspection coordination. You will work closely with customer service, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all processes. Responsibilities include gathering and analysing quality data to identify trends and escalate recurring issues, assisting in the preparation of internal and customer-facing quality reports and providing initial quality support to customer service teams. You will be investigating non-conformances and conducting root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions and liaising with production to resolve customer issues, performing stock checks and tracking returned items for inspection and monitoring special attention orders to ensure customer specifications are met.You will also be supporting quality audits and ensuring timely closure of customer NCRs.
