Posted on 05/12/2022 The Role Are you an experienced nurse looking for the next chapter in your career? Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a part time Registered Veterinary Nurse. Ideally you will work between 16-20 hours however the working days and hours can be discussed. No OOH. Salary Up to £30,000 (FTE) dependent on experience About us Hook Vets is a thriving practice, which has expanded over the last 2 years. We have a strong team of vets and nurses who collaborate daily to give the highest levels of patient care. There is no sole charge for our team to ensure everyone feels always supported. We are currently planning our move to a new purpose-built building which will be equipped with a CT scanner and multiple theatres. We actively encourage our team to further their skill set. If you want to do a certificate, we will support and fund your aspirations. The practice is in a small town in Hampshire, but with excellent road and rail links. We are situated within 5 minutes' drive of the M3, J5, and 3-minute walk from Hook station, which is on the mainline to London Waterloo/ Southampton Central. We are seeking an RVN to join this friendly and enthusiastic team of eight experienced vets (five full time equivalent) seven RVN's, two student nurses, two animal care assistants and four receptionists. The practice is well equipped with digital x-rays, dental x-ray, ultrasound, K-Laser and in house IDEXX lab. Applicant Requirements We are happy to consider both Full Time and Part Time Applicants.
