Job Description Decontamination Technician Ashtead Hospital - Ashtead Full Time - 37.5 hours The role The safety of our patients and our people is paramount to us at Ramsay Health Care UK. You will find a GAMA product in most UK hospitals, and as infection prevention becomes more important in people's lives, the need for them has never been greater. We're looking for an Applications Specialist to join us in our Capital Equipment team. As the Capital Equipment Applications Specialist, you will lead the implementation of newly sold capital equipment, primarily Rediroom, and ensure GAMA's high levels of after-care customer support is consistently delivered. What will you do? Train new customers on site to use our capital equipment products Support customers with newly sold capital equipment across the whole portfolio (automated environmental decontamination and patient isolation) Set up capital equipment as part of product demonstrations with the allocated sales representative and technician Advise customers on capital equipment queries where necessary Collect and report customer feedback both during product evaluation trials and existing accounts Ensure customer satisfaction KPIs are consistently met Liaise directly with Infection Prevention and Control teams as well as ward staff in hospitals Live GAMA's values: be passionate; win together; care; be curious and innovative; have fun! What will you need? Proven success in sales support to the NHS within infection prevention Experience in a similar field-based role would be highly advantageous Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and personable manner Experience of high value, capital sales, ideally within a med device sector Previously worked with NHS clients Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast moving environment Customer focused approach to resolving issues Autonomous work ethic Must be a confident and inspiring presenter What will you get?
