The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be involved primarily be responsible for establishing the restaurant department in close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and ExecutiveChef. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising all points of sale and restaurant activities, serving as the guardian of service quality.

  • Recruiting, training, developing, and supervising the teams under his/her purview, nurturing team spirit and a sense of belonging to the hotel.

  • Ensuring revenue maximization and effective cost management of the department, and implementing action plans accordingly.

  • Managing the administrative aspects of the department and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in arestaurantor hospitalityenvironment is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Well-presented with aprofessional appearanceand good personal hygiene.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a new and exciting restaurant setting.
  • Availability to workflexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
