The focus of your caseload will cover all aspects of family law including divorce, finances, children and non molestation which may also encompass some legal aid files. Your day to day Meeting clients face to face in the office, take instructions and provide your expert Legal advice Engaging in discussions with opposing parties to reach amicable settlements, where possible, in the best interests of clients Maintaining organised and up-to-date client files, ensuring all correspondence and documentation are accurately recorded. Drafting legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court applications, with attention to detail and precision.
