Trainer Assessor - Plumbing and Gas Full Time, 37 hours per week Salary £29,549 per annum dependant on qualifications and experience PLUS Bursary up to £1,800 per year (qualification level dependant) PLUS £4,500 'Golden Hello' staged over 3 years PLUS, up to £5,000 professional development bursary for formal education and training qualifications including: Level 3-5 Education & Teaching Level 3 TAQA Assessor Qualification Level 4 TAQA Internal Quality Assurance Qualification Requirements of the role Due to our growing apprenticeship provision, we are looking to appoint an experienced Trainer Assessor for Plumbing to join our professional apprenticeship team. You will train, assess, and support apprentices to achieve their full potential in theoretical knowledge, practical skills and behaviours both in their workplace and at college. You may also be required from time to time to support in the delivery of full-time plumbing learners in college. Industrial and commercial experience within the plumbing industry is essential, alongside an understanding and knowledge of the current apprenticeship standards up to level 3. An appropriate teaching qualification, assessor award, and teaching experience is highly desirable, but all levels of prior training and experience will be considered for the right candidate as there will be opportunities for gaining further qualifications as stated above.
