OSP T&I Lead required for a major offshore wind developer based in England Responsibilities. Report to the T&I Work Package Manager (WPM). Support the WPM and Deputy WPM in the technical management of the T&I scope. Be specifically responsible for the safe and efficient technical execution of the OSP T&I works. Ensure that the OSP T&I contractor technically execute the works as per the quality standards set up within the Projects. Interface closely with the EPC work packages, as well as defining the T&I Contractor requirements, planning and mapping the load out sequence, the transfers of custody between the different parties involved, etc. Efficiently interface with all other technical work packages (OSP, Export Cable, IAC, Geo, etc.) as well as other internal stakeholders regarding the OSP scope specific requirements. Take on the technical leading role with the T&I Contractors tendering the works during the bid phase, the clarification and negotiation phase and thereafter the contract execution phase. Provide valuable input in the evaluation and costing of development. Requirements A master's degree or the equivalent in engineering or industrial engineering. Your knowledge on OSP related scopes and required operations are essential, including heavy lift, Jacket and pile driving experience. A good understanding and working knowledge of large-scale energy projects in the offshore energy sector, preferably in Offshore Wind. practical experience in marine logistics, especially transport and installation of heavy structures for offshore projects. You are very effective in multi-stakeholders' relationship building, demonstrated by your effective presentation, communication and negotiation skills, collaborative, assertiveness and teamwork attitude. Your ability and willingness to travel are crucial requirements for being a member of the team that operates across different locations, including London. Transmission Cables Engineer required for a major offshore wind developer based in Scotland Responsibilities Review and update Employer's Requirements (ERs), specifications, and associated schedules related to cable design, supply, manufacturing, installation and testing. Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and design reports to support Employer's Requirements for both internal use and contractor procurement. Ensure all cable system-related documentation aligns with project-specific needs and regulatory standards. Provide design and technical support by clarifying requirements and assessing proposed Identify and coordinate supply interfaces between design, testing, delivery (load-out), and installation across related work packages. Work closely with Cables Transport & Installation (T&I) teams to ensure interface requirements and cross-design approvals are managed efficiently within the project timeline. Participate in audits of contractor cable manufacturing facilities, installation vessels, and key subcontractors, including cable protection system (CPS) and related cable ancillaries as appropriate. Ensure all cable designs meet grid connection requirements and electrical performance standards for offshore wind transmission. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for inter-array and export cables + accessories to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Requirements Experience with HVAC transmission systems for offshore wind applications. Knowledge of GIS software for cable routing and seabed mapping. Understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) for mechanical stress evaluation. Offshore safety certifications (e.g., GWO, BOSIET) are a plus. Minimum 5 years of Proven experience in cable design, engineering, and testing within offshore wind or power transmission industries. Strong understanding of power cable design and electrical performance. Experience with cable system modelling tools (e.g., CYMCAP, COMSOL, ANSYS) and thermal/mechanical stress analysis. Knowledge of FAT procedures, high-voltage testing, termination methods and cable manufacturing processes. Familiarity with installation methodologies, cable protection techniques, and burial risk assessments. Experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and system performance investigations related to transmission systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication skills for technical reporting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering (ideally) or Electrical, Offshore Engineering (ideally), but if it's not possible at least Electrical Engineering.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of practical as well as theoretical experience within high voltage export cables and accessories.
