About the Role
We're looking for a Senior International Business Development Manager to drive global growth by leading our distributor network, expanding into key markets, and maximizing sales performance. This is a high-impact, commercial role perfect for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering results across international markets.
You'll manage top distributors, launch new products, and develop go-to-market strategies that boost brand performance. You'll also play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to drive new product sales into the assigned channels and ensure the customers are supported to achieve the budgeted sales.

Compensation: £60,000.00 - £65,000.00 Annually
