Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer

Madisons are recruiting for a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours based in South West London.

The ideal candidate would be a Graduate/ Early Careers, looking to further develop their skills and experience within this industry

Duties:

• Will be working on both residential and commercial projects across South London
• Assisting with maintenance and repair work
• Will be working alongside experienced technicians to assist with routine maintenance and repair work on air conditioning systems and Replacing filters
• Shadowing experienced technicians, observing how they diagnose problems and troubleshooting issues
• Attending training and development sessions Including topics on refrigeration, safety protocols and electrical systems
• Learning how to use a range of tools and equipment used in the servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems
• Recording and documentation of work completed on a day to day basis

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
• Vehicle provided after the initial probation period has passed
• Must be willing to commute to various sites/ head office
• £20,000 - £22,000 per annum starting salary
• Start Date August/ September 2025
