Our client, a leading advocate for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding, is looking for passionate, resilient, and consultative sales professionals to join their rapidly scaling New Enquiries team.
The Role:
- Handle inbound sales calls (30-60 mins, consultative)
- Guide callers through a structured assessment process
- Clearly explain the service, funding entitlement, and next steps
- Take fixed-fee payments over the phone (non-refundable model)
- Manage a short 9-day sales cycle with monthly commission
- Target: 25+ deals/month
Skillset:
- Telesales or recruitment background (B2B/B2C)
- Confident communicator with high energy and empathy
- Resilient - this is a high-volume, emotionally sensitive role
- Able to learn fast, listen for pain points, and build trust quickly
- Experience in energy, telecoms, recruitment, or healthcare sales ideal
What's on Offer:
- 34,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission - realistic OTE 60- 65k
- Initial 6-8 weeks in Barnstaple (travel/accommodation paid)
- Shift-based:
- Day shift: 9:00-5:15 (1 hour lunch)
- 1 late shift/week: 10:00-7:00
- 1 Saturday/month: 9:30-4:30 (day off in lieu)
- Some bank holiday cover (team split)
