Salary: 45,000 - 80,000 OTE

Our client, a leading Financial Advisory Consultancy based in West Yorkshire, is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead their external communications and overall marketing strategy. This is a high-impact position, ideal for an energetic marketing and communications professional with 'outside the box thinking' to establish and take ownership of the marketing operation. Experience within the professional and/or financial services sectors will be key along with the gravitas to act as the front-line contact at industry events and networking opportunities.

As a specialist in financial and retirement planning for niche client groups, which includes public sector, the firm is expanding its footprint within the wider professional services arena. They are looking for a versatile and strategic marketer capable of managing everything from campaign creation to event execution. This includes corporate communications, direct marketing, social media strategy, and the coordination of key networking initiatives.

With a strong and growing presence across the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the public voice and brand presence of an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
• Oversee all corporate communications and branding initiatives.
• Drive social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage marketing projects from conception through to delivery.
• Organise and support client networking events.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing with broader business goals.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven background in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Business Development.
• Experience within the financial services sector is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years in an external communications or marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms for business.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience, including C-suite engagement.
