AIM Listed Renewable Energy Business

Location: London or Scotland - Hybrid Working (2 days in office)

Salary: Up to £70,000

A leading green energy business that provides energy storage solutions for solar and wind produced energy is seeking a Company Secretary to report into the Chairman.

Whilst the business had previously had a part time Company Secretary, this new role will provide the full suite of company secretarial duties to the business including but not limited to:

• compliance with applicable corporate governance codes, statutory obligations, and regulatory frameworks including the UK Companies Act, AIM Rules, and FCA regulations
• acting as primary liaison among the Board of Directors, shareholders, and regulatory bodies
• the administration of governance processes and the oversight of share ownership structures

Candidate Requirements:

• Applicants will have the relevant professional company secretarial qualification from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (formerly ICSA).
• You will have had experience of working in a listed business and have knowledge of UK corporate governance, listing rules, and statutory compliance.
• You will be a self starter, confident and have excellent communication skills, able to work closely with the C-Suite and Board.
