A Top global law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Associate or Senior Associate into its market-leading Real Estate team, based in London. Key Responsibilities


  • Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
  • Leading on investment acquisitions, disposals, and asset management work.
  • Supporting large-scale development projects and regeneration schemes.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development agreements.
  • Working closely with clients, project teams, and other specialist departments.
  • Supporting the team in business development and mentoring junior colleagues (for senior associate level).


What We're Looking For


  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate.
  • Strong technical and drafting skills across a broad range of property work.
  • Experience in high-value transactions, ideally gained at a City or top-tier regional firm.
  • Commercial approach with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence.
