Junior Sous Chef, required to work with a dedicated Head Chef at this prestigious hotel located in the Dartford area of Kent, offering top quality fresh food across a range of restaurants, banqueting and menus. 45-hour week. The Role: Reporting to the Head Chef and the Sous Chef, you will assist with all aspects of food production, with your primary responsibilities as Junior Sous Chef being to: Supervise the day-to-day kitchen operation.
